A visit to Grupa Azoty ”PUŁAWY”

The members of the delegation, which included European Commission and EU member countries representatives, were shown our modern installations for fertilizer manufacturing, including the fully automated packing room. We also used this occasion to present the trade strategy of ”PUŁAWY” to our visitors.

Promising changes in legislation

A discussion is currently under way in Brussels about the content of regulations regarding mineral fertilizers. New EU law is expected to be applicable to products whose manufacturing and use has until now been regulated by local legislation of particular EU member countries. Once new regulations come into force, they will constitute the basis of common EU market, and will facilitate fertilizers trade on the territory of the whole European Union.

Innovation and development lead to success

After the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Grupa Azoty”PUŁAWY”, Marian Rybak, said: We are proud to be able to present Grupa Azoty ”PUŁAWY” as a facility which fulfills the most stringent international norms concerning providing a full range of specialist products, as well as observing all the requisite safety regulations. The philosophy of ”PUŁAWY” is based on the idea that innovation and technological development are the key to improving the quality of lives.
